Our Classes
Each class starts with some type of physical movement such as sports, dance, P.E.-style games, yoga, Pilates, or something else. Then, we have a discussion (usually in the form of trivia) about the health-related topic for the day. Topics included: how to read a nutrition label, how much water to drink each day, the food pyramid, eathing the rainbow, how to make healthy food choices, how to get exercise even when you are watching TV, and the importance of building healthy routines. For older-aged kids, we also cover topics such as positive body-images and how social media and other factors can influence our perception of ourselves. The class ends with an art activity related to our topic of the day and usually results with artwork the kids can take home and use with their friends and family!
In-person Classes
We offer classes through Arlington Public Schools, after-school enrichment programs, summer camps, and private daycares. Want to see us at your school? Let us know!
Virtual Classes
Virtual classes are scheduled throughout the fall, winter, spring, and summer. Registration for the fall of 2022 will open shortly. Get in touch with us to be added to our next virtual programming offering!
